2. Booking

Reservations are confirmed once full or partial payment (as required) has been successfully processed. Guests will receive a booking confirmation by email.

3. Guest Requirements

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.
• The person making the reservation must stay at the property during the booked dates.
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone included in their reservation.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out instructions will be provided before arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pets

We are happy to accommodate pets! Please note that pets are not allowed inside the main house. A dedicated outdoor dog house is available for your pet's comfort during your stay.

6. Smoking

Smoking is permitted on the property. Guests are expected to dispose of smoking materials safely and responsibly.

7. Parties & Events

Parties and events are permitted with prior approval where applicable. Guests remain responsible for respecting the property and surrounding neighborhood.

8. Swimming Pool

The property includes a private swimming pool. Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss resulting from pool use.

9. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply if repairs or extra cleaning are required.

10. Cancellation

All cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy available on this website.

11. Liability

The Magical Resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, accidents, delays, weather conditions, utility interruptions, or events beyond our control.
